The way I see it, many of the texture and shape changes on the weapons increase the contrast between the parts one actually looks at, and makes it (theoretically) easier to aim.
I’m a little saddened by the loss of animations, though.

Boy, I grew up in Eastern Europe in the 80's.
We got hit with Chernobyl’s fallout, and no amount of ducking and/or covering would have made a damn difference.
But enough about fission. I don’t even know why you mentioned it, as neither it, nor your obviously formative political atmosphere in your formative years are

He didn’t really compare the US with WW1, though. He might have gotten all his cash seized because of Civil Asset Forfeiture, for all you know. If the state screwed me over, I’d too say that state sucks, you know?

So- if beat cops are following you, any observation made while they’re jumping is a-ok, as they’re technically, for the duration of the jump, in public airspace?

I gotta say, praying in public is kind of weird to me.

You are, of course, right. Thanks for pointing that out.

I’ve spent 6 years working in the service industry. I’ve worked in a store, as a bartender, as tech support for an ISP and now graphic design. According to my experience, a full 33% of the population (in my country) is right on the verge of being mentally challenged. I’m talking IQ of 85-90. Seriously. This makes me

This is why we say “helt Texas” in Norway.

Should have called it the Boatercycle!

“...and am only angry they didn’t arrest more of the cyclist.”

I’m pretty sure they arrested the entire guy. ;)

I just bought the zortrax m200. It’s one of the more reasonably priced printers that don’t require assembly. So far, I’m super impressed with the quality and reliability.

I’ve so far continued my course, and am growing more and more disappointed every day. I’ve mailed with one of the co-founders a bit, pointing out factual mistakes, incoherent sentences and dumb spelling errors, as well as the incorrect first answer in the quiz.

They’ll take care of these things, they said. It’s still

Question 1, of the Highbrow Quiz: “Who invented the printing press?”
It sure as hell wasn’t Gutenberg, as they claim. He made it accessible in Europe, and made improvements, but printed books existed hundreds of years earlier - even with movable type.

Well, I got the first mail, about 1PM local time.

The text contains the following:

“Though universal expansion slowly dramatically, 6 billion years after the Big Bang, dark energy has restarted and sped up universal expansion. About 9 billion years post Big Bang, our solar system was observed.”

It’s not

I just got a welcoming mail. No real useful info yet. I might have fumbled with the starting date, though.

I’ve signed up. I’ll write a review that’ll take five minutes or less to read through in the morning.

Aww, jeez- I mis-read and thought you wrote "Fisting!" -and then noticed how oddly misplaced your apparent enthusiasm seemed.

Internet discourse being what it is, I'm surprised and delighted to see such a good reply:)

Actually, the black metal dudes (I think there was, like 2 of them) burnt the churches as a form of media whoring.
I'm in the black metal milieu in Norway, and most black metal dudes just want to go hiking in the forest and groom their beards a lot. The most well-known churches in Norway are ancient remnants from the

Jump! It's more of a small gap, really;)
