Apparently not but we’re supposed to make a judgment based on them and the untrustworthy as fuck Chicago PD.

Career is the least of his worries at this point. False reporting to the police can be charged as a felony.

“They’re going to grand jury, already?”--Laquan McDonald

There is so much smoke, I can’t even pretend to be able to see if theres a fire below it.

I heard about this story but didn’t keep up with it. What was his endgame for all of this? It seems like he was short-sighted about what to expect after it got picked up by the media. If this is true, he’s given a major boost in trivializing the very real racism and homophobia attacks that still happen.

Let me add to this to the above, though, and i think this is important. Believing victims is critical because we want that show of support to future victims. It’s imperative that they come forward when something happens to them. Completely discounting even WEIRD events is what keeps victims from reporting abusers. A

Racism. The word you’re looking for is Racism.

Said it before and I’ll say it again.

A) Lorena was a victim of long-term abuse from her husband. Abuse has been clearly been shown to mentally affect victims. Listening to the description of how she was found, which is not just coming from her but multiple places, it should be pretty damn clear that her mental state was clearly not sound.

Oprah didn’t have a lot of rappers on because of misogyny in the lyrics. A woman who was abused at one point in her life and who has stood women’s rights as humans rights, why would anyone expect her to have a people rapping about bitches and hoes.

That’s my issue with Monique her management is the biggest problem she’s having professionally. Her husband/manager is not doing right by her he’s costing her money. If he’s not a professional manager I would not let him handle my professional affairs because he keeps leaving money on the table because he doesn’t know

He’s the problem and the real reason some people don’t like to fuck with her. Like Wendy Williams husband and Mary J. Blige’s ex their only management skill is their proximity to the talent.

Team No One.

1)Fire your manager-husband. Monique reports she was paid $50,000 for Precious. Precious was made for $10 million. For small budget films, a manager should always ask for “points on the back end”, a percentage of the gross profits. If her manager-husband had negotiated just 1 point(1%) in her contract, she would made

I doubt Steve speaks for Oprah.

I don’t listen to her show so what I am “seeing” is from the little bit that I have picked up from her other interviews and I think you are correct.  I picked up on this in her Breakfast Club Interview she kept referring to her husband/manager as “daddy.”  That completely rubbed me the wrong way because this was a

You really expect integrity from Steve “shuckin for trump” Harvey? To be honest Mo’Nique sounds like she needed a stronger manager than her man. Sometimes letting family run your business isn’t the best idea and that was clearly the case when it came to this matter.

We are looking at this too deep when the answer is very shallow. Her husband doesn’t know what the fuck he is doing. I listened to her radio show and she would mention things he would say that sounded very suspect to me. Making comments about her weight, so she lost weight. Talking about her hairstyles, so she

This all day!!!! She is going to ride for him no matter what but I keep telling people, this shit ain’t that deep. Her husband doesn’t know what the fuck he is doing and got got by people who do.  Sis needs to go get herself better management, because they would have told her that off of the strength of that Precious

I just think that Mo’Nique needs different management.  From her previous interview on the Breakfast Club it sound like her husband mismanaged the whole Netflix situation and the way she kept calling him “daddy” in what amounted to a professional space was troubling to me.
