Oh boy, I'm not an AI skeptic (as far as I can tell); I thought the debate was valid, I consider your replies to be well thought out and articulate, and I and wanted to hear your opinions on a few matters, namely: the separation of form and function.

This is an interesting debate, when studying language, we are told that form and function are generally one and the same and not completely separate entities, the same function but with a different form would be a completely different thing overall. For instance, compare these two phrases:

"To further the interests of my respective nation I shall build this thing that melts the skin of individuals, and dissolves their lungs! But FIRST, I shall try in it these helpless animals, well-balanced individual that I am! BRING OUT THE PUPPIES! Today I'm filled with empathy!."
