I doubt there is much overlap. Most of the people arguing against water use restrictions are farmers and other land owners w/historic water rights. The people that are irrationally opposed to vaccines are from the wealthy coastal enclaves.

I’ve mostly found them to be over educated helicopter parents with way too much time on their hands.
