Ping is based on distance from the host server. Using a VPN doesnt solve that, if anything it makes it worse.

I don’t approach it as if i would purchase it or not. That has nothing to do with it. That’s personal preference. I always judge it as if it is worth the price the seller is selling it for in the current marketplace. I take my self and my personal feeling for the car, options etc... entirely out of it.
