Will the real Simon Belmont please stand up?

Alucard would make a poor echo fighter for any of the Belmonts since he uses a sword and shield instead of a whip or flail. Since Richter was the main hero of SOTN’s prequel as well as a key character in SOTN itself, he’s the next-best thing to Alucard.
If they wanted to reference the handhelds, Nathan Graves from COTM is the closest to being a traditional whip-wielding CV protagonist so he probably would have been the best fit as an “echo fighter” of Simon. COTM was also the least popular GBA CV though.
You can totally get decent 144hz monitors in the $200 range. I feel like it does a disservice to readers to imply that you have to spend tons of money to do so, because then they’ll just assume “I can’t afford the good stuff” and give up.
Likely not in your living room?
I don’t actually feel like Dead Cells is that finely-tuned. Large parts feel bloated and fillery to me.
Yeah, the big thrill to Mario Kart and Smash when they first came out was that they were novel, unexpected surprises. They weren’t meant to be institutions buried in decades of expectation and tradition - they were just random, fun unassuming ideas.
Yeah, these days every console’s 2nd Zelda gets delayed till it becomes the first (and/or last) Zelda for the next console. Even since Majora’s mask the franchise has gone from a 4 year release cycle to a 6 year release cycle. At this rate, we’re going to hit an 8 year cycle and won’t see the next Zelda till 2025. 3D…
lol, just got the notification for this comment for some reason.
there are many, even here, saying this proves she was lying or these were false accusations
It goes both ways really, because a company running a private internal investigation has no obligation to run things the way police or a court of law would be required to do things.
This just reinforces my feeling that the isometric view was severely underutilized in the 80s and 90s. As long as the designers are mindful of certain representational limitations, it allows for pretty precise gameplay across X/Y/Z axis in 2D while looking quite good.
Yes, particularly given 8bitdo’s track record with PCB’s registering false diagonals on the d-pad. Even if you buy their whole controllers instead of their mod kit, you will still have to open the shell so you can add scotch tape to the PCB in order to solve that issue. So what’s the difference?
Same with extra SSJ transformations.
Not in the Ocean dub. :p
If Bardock is a Goku, then so is Goten. And Turles.
I don’t think releasing new/improved versions of songs is inherently a bad thing; the problem in this case is more that an album patch replaces your old versions and you may not be able to go back and get the previous ones if you liked them better.
The official explanation is that SMB3 was a stage play and the Koopalings were only acting the role of Bowser’s kids.
There are two really bad subsets of this trend:
Yeah, even though it’s obvious I’m surprised this isn’t pointed out more often. Where would the Switch be if Nintendo didn’t have a big backlog of games no one played to dump onto the new console during release lulls?
