Well, 13k down is a lot, but have you seen the depreciation on large SUVs? It's kind of obscene for what amounts to an F150 with a camper shell and IRS.

The lease is really attractive on the FiST too, there is some flexibility involved with that of course.

They're just buying down the rate from the bank, rather than discount the car, they discount the rate.

Typically Ford offers 0% for about average credit to excellent credit. Credit history plays into it a bit, as does Debt to Income. You'd be surprised at how many folks can qualify for 0%.

BOOO! I love a V8 Rumble as much as the next guy, but the 3.5EB is a better motor all around, the flat torque curve would work out better with the big tires. Also, the 3.5 has a lot of room for moar powah. Ford should do a 5.0 EB for the '16 Raptor if they're keeping a V8. If not, I'd be more than happy with the

Now might be a great time to buy one of their cars, if you're in the market for one. (Or if you've read too many Fiesta ST reviews and are overwhelmed with temptation.)

Actually, I don't think it's Torque Vectoring preventing it. The ST uses an electric rack, and the electric motor in it counters torque steer. You really can feel the wheel tighten up if you're hard on acceleration and move the wheel slightly left or right. Honestly, it's blown out of proportion by some RWD loyalists,

Our pack was modest on new and pretty brutal on used. $500 on new, no pay on holdback, and $750 on used. Back then, our recon process was really strong, and they didn't gouge us in the shop. My used car manager was also a master of the auction block, I don't think I ever made less than $400 commission on a CPO Escape

If that's the case, that's not cool. If you have an addendum sticker on there with a 10k markup on it, you're good in my book.

Reminds me of the 12k deal a buddy of mine made, all in the front. 4k commission check (no cap on used)

I'm going to ask you for full price until you tell me no. That's how negotiations work; I start high, you start low, we meet in the middle. This gentleman didn't want to negotiate, how is that ripping someone off? Look man, if you want a deal, you gotta ask. Do women just throw themselves at you? Hell no, you have to

Ha ha! I'm just kidding. But don't you get the sense that there are hypermiler people out there who have crazy statistics like that? If you don't, I suggest you go on the hypermiler forums, where you will hear stories about almost unfathomably insane fuel economy numbers. Some guys, for instance, get 80 miles per

Our lot has two main sections: A frontline new/used lot, and a truck/commercial lot. The Truck lot is neglected after 4pm and on Saturday/Sunday as the fleet guys are off. I sometimes do a lot walk and get upped by a customer there. One night, it was late, about 7pm, I'm a geeked up to go ride the new Sea-doo I just

My GSM got a Veteran Salesman to gopher a lot extender.

That last one, I've heard stories man, 80's stories.

Like I said, satire.

Wait, so all I have to do to get a rubdown is call you a 'no talent ass clown'? Well put that big red nose back on, and don't make anyone laugh!

If you think Regular Car Reviews is actually a review with valuable information, you are mistaken. RCR is mostly satire.

You can sell it to another dealer. A lot of leases have a dealer buyout. Example: Dealer Buyout is 13k, car Actual Cash Value is 16k. You negotiate with the purchasing dealer for them to purchase it for 16k. 13k goes to the lease company to payoff the car, and 3k to you.
