I get it...but I always see these comments saying "no one needs more than a tacoma" and "they drive around town with nothing in the box on or the tongue". Maybe that's because no one takes their Mastercraft X-30 to the mall or their 34' 5th to pick up their kids from school. They take them out on the interstate to go…
Not even as cousins. Outside of the dip at the door, there's nothing else. It's an evolution of Nissan's truck design.
Yeah, they look nothing alike.
Also the new F-series looks terrible.
check before he bought the car?
Do your homework, this will save time money and lots of headaches.
Shhhhh....there, there. Remember, they still have the Xterra.
Right, dammit this isn't the first time I've made a Jalop cry by reminding them about the crossover of the Pathfinder. I've become a monster. Hey, at least there's still plenty of good used ones out there for about 3/4 the cost of an equivalent 4runner!
Standard internet trolls......every time something new comes out, "Why does it look just like........?"
I think it's resemblance to any particular existing truck can be attributed more to a general trend of larger details and higher beltlines than trying to copy a singular design directly. The F150 itself lacks any truly distinctive down-the-road graphics. By enlarging what has arguable been Nissan's distinctive design…
For all the "LOL F150 COPY!" I should introduce you to something...
The contact patch increases from front to back, not from side to side.
Don't even go there with the whole "Tacomas are crap" garbage because its too early for me to entertain comedic comments. The former Colorado was a joke, the Ranger hasn't been made in years, Dodge doesn't offer a mid-sized truck and the new Colorado hasn't been around long enough to prove anything so any claim that…
The Tacoma's are around that when equipped with the same options (crew cab, 4x4, other goodies). The Frontier is only a bit cheaper at around 28,000.
I added some mods...
oh yeah, they were pretty bad too. my dad had a frontier but still wasn't as much plastic as the xterra
Nothing fades as well as an avalanche.
Now the Colorado just needs the manual option with the v6 and 4wd.
Just can't beat the right-sized pickup
1999 or 2000 Honda Civic in Iced Teal Pearl. *Edit: it's most likely an LX, based on the black door handles and side mirrors.
I'm actually the opposite. This blocked off rear end is all about the retro. Unfortunately, this will all get rounded off and made generic to appeal to the masses.
