That back end is busier than a cross-eyed air traffic controller.

5,000$ American vehicle?

Well, technically it does leave a residue. That’s what’s keeping it from fogging. But it’s nothing you can see.

Bought a 2019 MX-5 Miata RF manual yesterday, it’s a good looking car IMHO

Lovely Kia

Ah yes, the iX3! That one doesn’t seem as offensive.

Even now, it still looks as though it’s wearing the trunk lid from a different car.

It’s just about scaling. If you need and engine in the 250-400 hp class I6 makes sense, you can do NA on the low end and turbo on the high end. Same story with the I4. 150-300 hp class engines. Sure you can get those numbers from an I4 (Volvo does) but its expensive, questionably reliable and frankly harsh. One of the

BMW begs to differ...but yes, I6 don’t really make a lot of sense imo. It’s longer than a V8, but less powerful. V6s are significantly more compact and equally powerful and easier to fit in a FWD platform.

Captive manifolds are the world we live in. GM did this same measure not just for space savings but also to meet stricter emissions standards when they went from the LLT V6 to the LFX.

The change reduces engine weight by 13 lbs. or 6 kg per engine. Reducing mass helps improve fuel economy.

The jury is still out on the Veloster N?

Non rich people work there, how the company does affects them. the company needs to do well over time to continue paying those employees. They need money to reinvest in the company to keep giving those employees things to do for money in the future.

First Gear: Stuff like this will always boggle my mind. “Company suffers massive losses, still makes billions.” Maybe it means something on an economic scale, but I have a hard feeling bad about rich people making slightly less money.

Great points. Also, I think the gap in technology between a 2010 and a 2020 car isn’t that dramatic compared to say a 2000 and 2010 car. For example, if a person owns a paid off 2010 Honda Accord V6 top spec etc, I doubt the 2020 Accord is going to feel THAT much better. Yes it’ll be better here and there but is it

Super Street Texas II Turbo: Hyper Americana

yeah but the c8 is 500lbs heavier, passes current crash and emissions. the c6 z06 could never hope to do that. the c6 z06 also had 220 treadwear tires vs the z51 c8 having 300s. tires make a huge difference along with the 16% more weight.

Nurburgring lap times are just automotive dick measuring.

Oh man that’s so accurate for so many car groups though. My girlfriend bought an ND MX5 (manual, grey, soft top) so I keep an eye out in the MX5 groups and there are so many people like that. Once in a while you’ll get a very proud person who makes a “look at me, I drive this car ALL YEAR ROUND” post.

To be fair, the seafood at Applebee's is a pretty big risk
