Except for sports because there still isn't a true 1-1 ratio on that yet. The ESPN App is a great step in that direction but still. If it weren't for Live sports I would have dropped cable over a decade ago.

We have one of these in Seattle too. It's downtown on the corner of 2nd Ave and Lenora which is student housing for the Art Institute so it was common knowledge that this building was not only a main telecom hub for the local region but an important cog going back to ye olden days of literal phone switchboards.
