there's ways around that. there's people I've worked with at WB and Microsoft that develop what could be considered "competing" products and nothing happens.

Yeah after since years of working with Developers and learning as much as I can about the process of creating/developing/releasing major games (Gears of War, FEAR 2, the Kinect, and the new XBL Dashboard amongst others) I think I know a little something about game development, more than even the average gamer at least.
