The cake is a lie.

A spoonful dipped in hot cocoa mix is an instant Reese’s.”

That’s always in the same place.

Same situation here as well. *knocks wood* I’ve not had a problem with any Zenni glasses I’ve bought. The last time I bought my glasses at the optician it was $900... Zenni was around $125.

There’s a local Thai place that we used to order from on one of the delivery apps.  I realized that they would deliver themselves, and had a different website to go to to order for their delivery guy.

The Hmong one sounded good and different... but honestly, Omar’s one sounded gross.

It’s probably drugs.

“If you eat nuts that are chopped up or that are ground into almond butter, you’re getting pretty much all the good stuff. But whole nuts often leave your body with many of their nutrient-containing cells still intact.”

Find a place that has the Francesinha.  An epic sandwich worthy of a food challenge.  They even have shops in mall food courts, but try to find a real/non-tourist place to have the best experience.

I was in Porto for several weeks a few years back and enjoyed these so much! There was a Korean bakery here in Atlanta that had them, but they were not as good. There’s a Portuguese one nearby, but I’ve never visited it.

It’s a running joke in my family that I have a vacuum cleaner obsession. I’ve owned Orecks (talk about hype, I hated it), I’ve had a hand-me-down Kirby (talk about a monster!). Several Roombas when they first came out, including the mopping one (they did a good enough job, but they were really stupid. Things may be

Oh! Just Googled and it was actually one that I know. I’ve never been there, but when my daughter was getting her driving test, I noticed a place there that had the pastéis de nata. They are a custard tart that are amazing.

Did you find it in the ATL? Now I might try google!

Every time I had one in Porto and surrounds (way too many, no regrets), it came surrounded by fries... not inside, but close enough. They soak up the sauce and... (I literally closed my eyes in bliss thinking of it).

It’s not just blind people you have to code for. You also have certain assistance technology for people who are very shortsighted, but not blind. Contrast makes a large difference in what they’re able to read.

They had a large hospital there that treated people for diseases, delivered babies and even let them in afterwards.  They considered it for the public good.

Same!  I got a new kitten last week and he’s so cuddly, but likes to sleep right up next to me.  This week has not been restful, but I know that I’ll get used to it eventually!

1st thought was what the author of Hunger Games had to do with anything... then I thought, maybe this is how it begins, then I realized that that’s not who you were referring to.  I had to google, even though it made good sense to me at first.

I was going to say, “Witchie-Poo” agrees with them... then I realized I was thinking of the wrong witch, but she’d like them, too.

My experience of Boston driving etiquette and taking right of way seemed to be, “watch out! Coming through!” whether they actually had right of way.  I decided I didn’t want to drive in Boston, ever. Rode the subway to the airport when I left.  Never went back.  (Nice place, though). ;)
