I didn’t realize how terrible it was until I started working in a GA agency, and then appalled when an ex-State Rep became my boss. All they talked about was dinners, galas, breakfasts and lunches, and we rarely got down to actually doing any work. :/
My divorce was very amiable. We’d grown apart and lived very separate social lifes. But, we are still a family and love each other, just not in a couples kind of way. For five years we lived in the same house, just different rooms.

Agreed... I was going to comment the same. I also believe that US doctors tend to go to extremes to try to save super preemies (not saying that’s a bad thing).

When I was uninsured and really broke I had an infection that wouldn’t go away. After a couple of hospital stays they had to put me on an antibiotic that cost $2,000 for 10 pills! Luckily my doc worked with me and the pharm company and I got it free... but damn!
No, the article is incorrect. It’s usually about $5 here, probably less, and there’s a pharmacy that gives it away for free (Publix).
