We just got it in Atlanta. Several items on an order I placed were available for Same Day and I got them by the evening. I didn’t need them that fast, but it was nice.

Yeah... you can’t really do cheat days on Atkins or low carb diets that put you in ketosis, because the one day of starches “recharges” the system, and kicks you out of ketosis for at least three or four more days. And, that will really screw up your system.

I don't know what they're talking about, because I can get Regular and NPH insulin, which are the old ones (Not Lantus, etc), at the drugstore for about $20 each. Also, in Georgia, it is over the counter so I don't have to have a prescription for it.

I was writing a military based story and doing research on military, firearms, and other such things. One day I looked up and Google had an ad for body bags.
