I got my number "B23"... and you're waiting and a sequence of A numbers comes up, then maybe some D, then they get to B22, and I think "almost there", but no... they start calling the other letters... then "B26" and I'm like "What?"... go up…

I have to say that the AT&T rep I had when I had to cancel my service and move back home when I was losing my apartment because of unemployment and medical bills was so kind to me that it made me cry from relief.
