Yes, that's how I read it. The first step to determine the breakfast time at destination is simply to allow you to work back four days. For example, if you arrive in the evening, the first breakfast would be on the next morning. But if you arrive in the morning, then that would be the target day.

I believe the program means you will have breakfast at breakfast time in Europe. Somewhere between 7-8 AM upon your arrival.

Is your app based on the Argonne program or some other similar framework or model, i.e., metabolic mediation of circadian rhythm? Would like to know more.

You're right, Melanie. On second look, it's not terrible. However, I do worry that it might not be beneficial if one needs to manage blood sugar, glycemic load, that sort of thing.

On +/-3 zone changes, I take 2/3 of a 3 mg tablet on the first night so 2 mg. On the second night, about 1/3 or 1 mg. I dose about an hour before bed and in that hour, do mellow stuff like read, watch Deadliest Catch, or listen to music. Usually about 40 minutes after I take it, I start to feel noticeably groggy. Seems like an awful lot of work. I travel +/- 3 and 6 zones throughout the year and I find that 1-2 nights of melatonin at normal local sleep time and a little light exercise pretty much sets me straight. The first day might find me a bit tired or spacey in the morning or evening but then I'm right as rain and ready

I'm a frequent air traveler for business and although it's highly unlikely I'd ever fly Residence Class, I can certainly attest to the value of a comfortable flight experience where you feel cared for and taken care of. My deals are tiny, but if you're going in to close 100+ million in business, this can certainly

Anybody else mis/true-read this as the Toyota "Aggro?"

A spare piece of cardboard might not be something one just finds lying about. However, if you buy coffee, often they come with those corrugated insulation sleeves. Simply slide it off of your cup, turn it upside down, and tear out a "smiley" shaped notch of cardboard. Voilá! Instant, stable smartphone-movie-viewing

Using a nakiri to carve a turkey? What madness is this?

This is so very important and it cannot be overemphasized. Last year my agent booked me a Lufthansa K class to Stockholm and boom...4,000 miles of nothing to my MileagePlus account.

I don't see that anywhere. Not on the landing page or in the articles. Where are you seeing this?

I have been using TravelTracker Pro from Silverware for the past three years and have found it to be satisfactory. It has TripIt integration so I can just send the itinerary I receive from my corporate travel office to TripIt and TTP brings it right in. Since my trips come in fully-planned, I don't need any food or

I used to think it was acetaldehyde as well. However, an article by Maxwell et. al. in PLOS One 5V12, 12/2010 made a really good case for acetate (AC), formed from acetaldehyde (AD), being the primary bad actor...at least in rats. They were able to experimentally turn off hangovers by inhibiting the conversion of AD

Agreed. We would have bought a Subaru minivan in a heartbeat. Spouse, 2 kids, grandparents, and all our luggage and junk. Just ain't happening in any Subie, not the four we have owned. Instead we get inexplicable freaks like the grotesque Crosstrek. Lordamighty.

I would say it depends. If you are working with a softer steel, apply firm and consistent downward pressure, you will not be far off from that pressure I imagine. So, 440, garden variety stainless that's common in a lot of kitchens will likely work just fine. If you're rocking White, Blue, or Aogami Super (I love my

Air/road warrior here. I would add that if you're stuck in the terminal, walk. Keep moving. If you spend more than an hour sitting in crappy airport seating then another few in even crappier aircraft seating, your back, neck, and legs will absolutely hate you by the end of it.

I can see this working pretty well. I've used all manner of sharpening systems over the years from free-handing Japanese water stones, to the Spyderco Sharpmaker, diamond stones, and more. As of now, I have settled on the EdgePro Apex.
