Exactly my observation. Corelle, when it breaks and for whatever reason, always shatters into razor-sharp slivers and the size distribution is quite broad. Meaning there will be larger pieces but also numerous near-microscopic glass needles ready to do you damage. I own and use quite a bit of Corelle for its

Thank you for this “straight from the horse’s mouth” reportage!

Frequent business traveler (broadly from mid-market to upmarket properties as appropriate). I consider the housekeeping tip to be a tiny token of gratitude for often thankless and invisible work. “Token” being the operative word. My formula is as follows:

I actually own a 2002 Odyssey LX with the auto and it has been trouble-free. That said, if it had a stick in it, given the way we use it as a family hauler and commuter, I’d have ditched it a long time ago. And this from a guy who’s been driving stick for over 30 years.

That right there is 99/100 of my hotel stays.

I’m a heavy business traveler and I very rarely take advantage of in-room dining but the few times a year that I do, it is for breakfast. Conditions?

I own a ton of Anker stuff, but I don’t have a use case for the USB hub functionality. And, my experience with sub-30W battery packs is that they will just about keep up with a 13" MBP in light use, but with a draw at idle/light of around 26W, it really won’t be charging any MBP during use. Closed and hibernating,

I’m still not clear on this. So the engine runs from idle to 8,250 RPM and down low, where a ICE would other wise bog and stall, the electric motors make up the difference between that at what’s called for by the throttle?

I’m looking for a new case for my iPhone XS and although I haven’t used them in the past, are folio/card phone cases really secure? It seems like a generally bad idea to be flaunting credit cards and cash on the back of your phone and not just because one might absentmindedly lay the phone down and forget it.

It sounds delicious but seems like it’d be pretty heavy, oily.

Bravo

I can’t argue that because I’ve never looked at any detailed comparisons, but I do sense that the Android and iOS flagships are essentially at parity for the vast majority of users. This includes us.

It will be a big change for sure. Using my family’s 7/7+, the “fake” home button does catch me at times. Other than that, they’re indistinguishable from my 6S. I’m too scaredy to test the water resistance. :p

Right on.
