actually its possible.  depends if he owns the move or a part of a group because he did the video with a group.  it could be owned by another person that they made him use in his video.

You know, a lot of people are talking about how bad a year 2018 was and so on but I think an underrated element of how bad a year it’s been is that ultimately it’s not even going to serve as adequate warning for just what an incredibly obnoxious, annoying shitstorm the next two years will be.
