"And, because of another glitch, MLB 2K13 incorrectly lists the winning team's hit and run totals in Hamels' linescore. Brida retired all 27 Atlanta Braves without any reaching base. Bottom line, you don't get this screen unless you actually do throw a perfect game."

From the article:

Not being able to jump is my biggest video game pet-peeve.

Toki Tori 2 is a wonderful game. I've played quite a bit of the preview build on PC, and it's shaping up to be amazing. With no release date set for PC (yet), I really wish I had a Wii U.

"Publisher OP Productions..."

You know what they say about OP...

Imagine checking the news (or Kotaku!) on a web browser from your mirror while brushing your teeth!

Like how Fallout: New Vegas developers didn't get bonuses because they didn't get 85 or over on Metacritic. The game had an 84. That's like one reviewer knocking them down a few points because of glitches away from they getting extra money. Publishers should not do that.

I think it has something to do with how schools grade things. A 6 out of 10 in a classroom is a failure, so while some people see 6 out of 10 and see "that's pretty good" others see it as a 'failing grade'.

I never understood the appeal of subscription based MMO gaming. From a cost standpoint, which would I rather have: a $60 game that's great quality, polished, good looking, ect, or a $60 game that looks like it was made 8 years ago graphics-wise, has shallow gameplay, crappy story, and pay an additional $15 a month

Should I stop waiting for that PS2 Trigun game that never came out?

There is a mac version. It uses steamplay, which lets you play the game on mac or PC.

It is. It features Steamplay, which lets it play on Mac & PC.

kind of off-topic, but did some of the people who worked on Payday work on L4D as well? I just noticed how similar they are in actual gameplay.

no it wasn't.

God of War III never had 3D. It seems like it should, but it doesn't.

"Kratos, that's not what we meant by 'The right to bear arms'..."

"You can buy Activision® for $600,000,000. BUT WAIT! There's MORE! For only an additional $400,000,000 you can buy the ACTIVISION® SEASON PASS™. Buying the ACTIVISION® SEASON PASS™ is a pre-payment for all future IP's ACTIVISION® acquires in the next 2 years."

Hell yes. I've been waiting for a while to get an Xbox 360, specifically for an awesome bundle like this. I was going to get the Kinect Star Wars one, but after reading reviews, I pushed it to the back burner of "stuff to buy with limited extra money". This just got to front-burner status.

I would like to mention how unusable and awful the new commenting system is. Thanks for killing the best reason to visit kotaku.

this is the greatest photoshop... ever
