What's remarkable about this experiment is that the balloon's behavior seems completely counterintuitive... What's beautiful about it is that this behavior isn't counterintuitive at all.

I dunno, man...I really love a lot of the "filler" episodes. Just looking back on this past season we had Rootbeer Guy, Shh!, Dungeon Train, A Glitch is a Glitch...fucking Mystery Dungeon! What other show aimed primarily at children — no, scratch that — what show aimed at any age group would do a Cube parody?

It's not realistic to think a team based in the southern US can be a title contender, too far removed from suppliers and the rest of the sport. I'd like to see an American team too, but not a garbage one and not one who isn't willing to have their main shop in Europe.

Don't get me wrong. I'm beyond excited for this as I've said all along its an awesome idea for a TV series but I'm worried SyFy won't deliver.

I think it's less that Bernie won't let them, and more that it's going to be SIGNIFICANTLY harder than they expect. And then Bernie will let in a team from Abu Dhabi and give them all the help in the world. I think, anyway.
