@Adam: Oh, I agree that companies *should* reward the loyal. But we're talking about Comcast here. You're loyalty will not lower your rates, your moaning and groaning will.

@Adam: People who call and complain are pro-active about getting screwed over. Comcast knows they're totally effing people over, so when you call them out on it they usually don't put up much of a fight.

@Yeah!: $180 is a high even for the US, but $140 is not uncommon. For bare bones stuff I pay $100 but that includes internet and a DVR/HD box (that generally people rent from the TV co.).

Summarized:

More on frequency response is the hysteresis for the frequencies, this is rarely stated much rather the frequency that has the worst change from "flat" or 0 dB change.

What would be considered "Instant"? Is it on faster than you can open the thing? Is it on within 1 second of having it open? I'm not trying to be sarcastic or cynical here, I'm curious of what it would take for a piece of hardware to finally have Full-Blown "Instant On".
