Good to know I just fired that up last week; only had time to play an hour so far though. I like the monster training concept.

Damn straight; Sega Game Gear came out in 1990; then the GBA comes out 11 years later and everyone loses their shit. Gimme a break.

Agreed. Excited to see how they reboot Alucard; son of a belmont? Yeah, I'll take it. I think they are really doing something special with this Lords of Shadows lore. Definately lives up to the Castlevania name; God of War gameplay be damned, I still enjoyed the game. If they somehow mix even a smidgeon of

That's fantastic. I had to stop at 2 minutes so I can go play the game without ruining it. Currently working through Tales of the Abyss on 3DS; first tales game I've played since Tales of Phantasia on ZSNES years ago. I never did play Symphonia but from what I hear it seems to be held in fairly high regard, at least

I can't say much as to your points either way; but I just took a look at Gizmodo's new system and wow. That is awful.

I will always look back fondly at the Sega consoles of the 90's. I consider the Sega Channel to be the precursor to On-Live and similar streaming services of today (not that they are 100% stellar, but they will be in a few years).

Semantics.

Got ICS on my SGS2 LTE on Rogers wireless just last week. They didn't fix the youtube app tho, queue function still doesn't work :/.

No kidding. After reading that, $teve Job$ must be rolling in his grave. :P

Diet soda always makes me laugh. It's like the iron curtain of the American obesity epidemic. Stop fooling yourself and just drink the regular stuff, and if your on a diet, don't drink pop.

To put it in even more perspective; your average $500-700 mid-range laptop should destroy these specs.

Is my memory foggy or did Reggie not devote a good 25 seconds of his E3 2011 stagetime to boasting how Nintendo's "first party games are always a complete experience without the need for the consumer to feel like they are being withheld/charged for additional content"?

Adding my voice to the chorus of "wow".

That was fucking hilarious.

I loved Civ Revolutions. Damn, now that you've reminded me of it I regret trading it in; off to the local gamestore for 2 copies so I can give one to the strat-nerd friend of mine!

Only a hipster would have a problem with moms playing ogre battle while sporting a scruffy 'throatee'.

Thirteen year-olds play Iphones.

There's plenty of console games that require a patch immediately after inserting the disc.

Alright, so the "transfarring" is cool and all, but seeing as how your finally getting around to playing this amazing game, I have to ask; what are your thoughts on the game, Kirk?

I listed in order of recent release, what would have been, in my opinion, the top of the genre in its given timeframe.
