Yeah, that would be terrible for my body. I have compression fractures and herniated discs in my neck and to have my neck craned back like that to look UP at a screen all the time would land me in the ER. Much better to have the screen at eye level so your neck is not straining at all.

I upgrade my phone when my screen dies which has happened with every single phone I've had since 1998. Sometimes this takes 3 years and sometimes only 3 months. I've had my current phone for about a year and a half.
