The major advantages of an electric car (NVH, accelleration, emissions, style/bragging rights) are all things that do not scale downmarket well. I’ve been saying for years that they won’t be able to have a car under $50,000 that competes well.

Except that Infiniti has been using those design cues and lines since the 2008 M45, and Mazda didn’t adopt them until the last 2-3 years.

If Gran Turismo taught me anything, that is, as they took a paragraph to explain how poorly handling these things were in GT5.
