Across the board, CEOs salaries should be locked in the 6 figures.  Of course the problem with that is that this isn’t often how they actually make most of their money anyways.

All CEO’s should take massive paycuts, willingly or otherwise.

If he uses it as a shield to defend his crappy political choices, it's a relevant modifier to HIS person.

Can devs just accept the fact that Mario Kart will be the only kart racer? Every single time one of these are announced or released, it always looks like some cheap wannabe.

Best you can do is include it in a full game as a mini-game, like Yakuza: Like a Dragon did.

Dude, if devs put more thought and work into difficulty settings, they *would* be better integrated with the devs’ vision. To use Dark Souls as an example, a mode where you start with more health wouldn’t preclude mastering the mechanics or learning enemy patterns, but it would stop enemies from one-shotting slower

Or to translate from corporate bullshit...

And it just happened to come from a game published by Amazon.

People who complain endlessly about sword-wielders are about as annoying as 1st party purists and Geno stans. We get it, Fire Emblem burned you out on well-coiffed, counter-adept, blade-wielders. Give it a rest, because whining is really tiresome.

I haven’t play Smash Bros since Melee, but I read about it a lot here. The constant complaining about sword-wielding characters had me believing it was like 50% of the roster... but 18/82 does *not* feel like a lot to me.

I’d agree, but go a step further and note that everything about the interaction with Quiet Robe paints Samus as deferential and respectful. She lowers her guard when he shows her a gesture of respect (and there’s a callback to this much later that I won’t spoil for those who haven’t gotten there), she speaks to him,

I can get behind the bulk of this article, but I’d like to hit the other side of the spectrum and say that Samus’ intro cutscene with Kraid gave me huge personality vibes without a single word said.

After watching that cutscene I get where you’re coming from but I think I disagree. The Samus in this game shows almost all of her emotion through body language. The fact that she lingers, staring at the body shows that she feels something. She’s acknowledging those emotions and internalizing them as well as the info

this game is so difficult...

But if it starts on, what are the odds of the kid toggling it off, hating that, and not knowing they can toggle it back on?
Like you presume the kid finds the option and turns it off, then forgets it exists?

They should just have a toggle. I don’t get why this is so stupidly hard for them. You can even turn it on by default just have a toggle. Putting Pokémon in boxes and taking them out is a giant PITA when it should be a toggle. Like turning battle animations on or off or adjusting message speed. Just add an “EXP Share

“Platform fighter” has kind of become a genre past Smash. Mechanically this game is different in meaningful ways, just like Brawlhalla or Rivals of Aether. I think at this point calling any platform fighter a Smash ripoff is a bit like calling Mortal Kombat a Street Fighter ripoff.

Ahhhh, I see what’s going on here. You’re one of those “borders are violence, all governments are oppressive, Europe is the root of all evil” types. A shame, for a moment I thought you had some legitimate criticisms, but your perspective is so warped by theory that you’ve lost touch with reality. We can certainly talk

As a Destiny stan, I will tell you it is an incredibly stupid content model.

I might be in the minority on this...but hard disagree.
