I’m with you! One of the things I hate the most about American politics is how all-important the Constitution is in lawmaking.

Sometimes US jurisprudence is so fucking stupid. Its amazing how judges can focus so narrowly on what the defendant is suing for and than other cases they turn decision into multi-headed hydras of whatever suits that judges personal preferences.
