So it sounds like they set themselves up for failure. Their goal was to make something groundbreaking like HL-1 and HL-2 when the goal really should have been to just finish up the stupid story arc. The "episode" moniker should have been enough to justify this to themselves. The previous episodes were just refinements

As a long term diagnosed sufferer of MDO, this all the way. Say it louder for the ones in the back. One of the reasons that depression is so bad is because it’s almost a lifetime struggle and it almost never affects two people the same. There are some folks who ‘beat’ it and go the rest of their lives without ever

Dammit, you chucklefuck, your intentions were perfectly clear. You wanted to hurt and embarrass a total stranger because some stray gross impulse darted across your lizard brain and being a white male, you never even thought to resist or question it. You honestly expected her to find that funny or at least “laugh it

Additionally, in a statement to CBS News, Callaway’s lawyer stated that he, “did not act with any criminal intentions” and that “Tommy is a loving husband and father.” Of course, how much he loves his wife and children is irrelevant to Callaway’s inability to keep his hands to himself. And besides, Bozarjian isn’t

I just use a q-tip and basically wash around, like you do. Don’t push just swab.

Me too! Exactly this. I’ve told this to people, and they act like I’m crazy. I wish people were as universally insistent on vaccines as they are about NEVER EVER putting a Q Tip near an ear.

Q Tips work. and work well, if done correctly.

all the actual PvP matches being essentially non-canon

Confused why this is a sequel instead of an expansion. Especially since it doesn’t drastically update the core elements of the gameplay like you’d imagine a sequel would. OW’s firstly been a pvp game with light story. There’s barely any update to pvp save for things we already would get like new characters/maps/gamemod

...look, there’s lots of reasons to hate Blizz, but come off it, we’ve known Diablo 4 was in development for years, they have a playable demo, only a complete idiot would think that this was a reactionary announcement to distract from the Hong Kong mess.

I’ve said it before and I won’t just sit here and repeat myself but I’ve been a lifelong fan of Blizzard’s games and the last couple years seeing them change for the worse has been a huge bummer.

“ded gaem” memes aside, these guys and the rest of their team have been knocking it out of the park lately. They remain consistently involved on the Subreddit and other community locations and its clear that, regardless of the unfortunate circumstances regarding their downsizing and lack of funding from higher up,

“The specific views expressed by blitzchung were NOT a factor in the decision we made,” wrote Brack. “I want to be clear: our relationships in China had no influence on our decision...”

At least for me, it comes up a lot when people ask me what I do for work. I’ve definitely been in situations where I ask someone how they spend their time and they do something I know nothing about, and I want to know more!

This is America.

of course they would do this the season with the worst animation quality....

There are two sides to this. There is the over-expectations of the gamers, but there’s also RAMPANT mismanagement at virtually every major studio/publisher. Why? Because the people in charge of them are only in it for the money. They don’t care about games. They don’t care about their employees. They don’t care about

In general, gamers are hypocrites. We are horrified that developers are pushed to do crunch, yet we are the first to whine whenever a game release gets delayed, or when content updates for online games are slow. I hope the next time a game doesn't meet the deadline, we can learn to just shut up and deal with it.

What you’re saying is that you disagree with me, and because other people support your argument, you are correct.

Fortnite, Warframe and Rainbow Six: Siege all survived so-so releases to end up thriving
