While I definitely appreciate speedrunners who run through the game as “normal,” the ones that utilize massive, literal-gamebreaking tricks and glitches are so fascinating. They not only show the ingenuity and devotion of the runners, but also showcase the unthinkable interactions under the hood. Perfect example here.

This kind of pissing-contest crap is also one of the things that pushed me away from consoles and over to PC-only, for the most part.

It even managed to do a 'double dip' for Xbox users in the UK. Not only do they miss out on the content but they also have to pay more than North American folks since Activision seems to have decided that $1.00 = £1.00 apparently.

I've actually thought that the Traveler might be a tool of the darkness, a sort of lure to bring disparate species together and foster conflict between them. Then, once they've all decimated each other with a continuous cycle of war, the real darkness would show itself and clean up the scraps.
