CA prices are higher because of the taxes and environmental fees. The base cost should be similar to normal states.

It’s a psychological things. They got us saying that we miss $2 a gallon gas when we should actually be missing $1 a gallon gas. Then in few years we will be saying we miss $3 a gallon gas when actually we should be saying $2....but really $1
It also doesn’t help that Oshkosh doesn’t have any EV experience or ways to get the economies of scale required to bring the price down on those vehicles.
This totally could happen. Ram just needs to put a regular cab long box on a current powerwagon frame. Bit of factory lift. blacked out wheels and bumpers and some fender flairs (not sure about the flairs 😬).
Yeah, the paintjob almost hides the fact that it looks like a cinder block with wheels.
Just find a way to make a current Honda more like this one.
I’m prepared for everyone to tell me how awful this pick is:
Proposal: Bring back the Maverick Grabber.
The 2017ish wrangler chief trim was a better Jeepster. I also like the Scrambler version of a Gladiator. Not sure what should be next for jeep.
This two tone look is classic. I’d go further to ask for retro features mixed with modern convenience in a OEM truck. Give me a rubber floor, a reliable mechanical transfer case, reasonable/maybe steel wheels with some sidewall, but mostly Lariat/LTZ features from the seats up.
I remember when every truck had 2-tone and it was way cooler than anything they're doing with trucks now.
Dude in my high school had one and I never appreciated how amazing it was, because the MKIV came out halfway through my HS career and it just shadowed this... his was a late model MKIII though and in retrospect, had to have been the best car at school.
God those old Hardbody wheels are great. I wasn’t a huge fan when they were new, but a friend had a 2 door Pathfinder with them back in the day. I was jealous; I had 2wd Rodeo with an open diff. and ABS only on the rear wheels, when it worked. :(
It appears that Dodge is doing exactly that. Because their EV concept that they’ve hinted for half a year:
All I want is for retro paint jobs to come back.
I’d be excited to buy a version of the Blazer that came with 2 doors, a V8, R/4WD, and a removable roof.
I really like the retro paint jobs people are doing of F150's and Silverados.
Give me a retro Supra circa 1989 or so and I’ll buy it no matter how stupid the price is.*
No Saturn coupes? I owned two Saturn SCll’s. They were coupes. Maybe I misunderstood your point. And Saturn also had this one: https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/a18200069/2007-saturn-sky-road-test/
The other day I saw a Land Cruiser Prado parked outside the grocery store. It was left hand drive, so I was very curious if it was legit or a rebadged Lexus.
