+1 for truth. In the 7th day of monitoring/tracking and whatnot. I'm waking up more energized, ready to tackle the day and finding ways to incorporate 30 minutes of moderate cardio into my daily routine every single day. It means I'm falling behind on my TV watching, but I'm also feeling much healthier

Yeah... no matter where I am, I make time for at least 30 minutes of 70~80% MHR cardio every day. My Somatype is such that if I ignore the cardio, I can be treated to expanding waistline and higher body weight.

The kitchen staff have more impact on the item being correct than the server. The server is supposed to communicate back to the kichen if there's a problem. From my understanding some of the tip goes to the kitchen staff so it's incumbent on them to point out the problems.

I've worked in retail and my current employment affords me the privilege to eat out on a decent basis, and therefore I tip pretty generously.

Remember: You don't get something for nothing. The reason why you get "rewards" on your purchases is because the store gets charged more in merchant fees which your card company turns around and gives a percentage to you. With the new

Confirm it with the individual location and put down some sort of deposit. Once they have some of your money, they'll give away blind reservations before they give away yours as you've created a paid relationship with them that is a lot easier to sue over than a simple "I'd like to get" relationship

Hrm... I guess that means moving the protein bar from before to after the workout. I'm just concerned that the 200 calories I get from that is wiping out my efforts from the treadmill.

I'm significantly in the overweight zone with all the wrong curves for my body. I've recently taken to using some pieces of technology to help me shift from a sedentary life to a more active one. I'm shooting for a 750 calorie daily defecit so that I can shed enough size/weight to be decent for a wedding I'm going to

Hrm... Entertainers, nope. Titles, nope. Facial Features, nope. Colorful, Nope. Inanimate Objects -> Deck of Cards -> The Joker.

Hrm... Throw away the Back/Next track options in favor of the +/- Volume and you've got a winner for my iPod Classic.

Oh my... It should be noted (though I'm only about 6 hours into the 20 hour audiobook) that Robopocalypse is an "introduction" and then a bunch of vignettes covering individual "heroes" of humanity that fought against the robots.

Those would be the ones. The "textured" portion on the ear cup is rubberized plastic. Completely closed. Unless you're wanting crystal clear opera reproductions, these work just fine for 99% of cases (Music/Podcasts/Audiobooks/Etc)

Ender's Game

There's a Senheiser over the ear headphones available at Best Buy for ~80 that works wonderfully for me.

Have them play with the sharp ceramic knives. I've seen it cut paper thin tomatos.

Caturday called, they are waiting for you!

Yes... give in to your hate!

My direct boss and I came up with a system. If they send a request with 2 or more of a set of keywords, I'll work on it outside of normal hours immediately. If not it gets put on the stack untill normal hours. The caviat is that if I am working outside of normal hours, I get to deduct that time from my workday on

Been experimenting with slow cooking past few weeks. If you like stews/braised items, a slow cooker gives you a wonderful meal in little time. I've got to the point of doing a couple sausage-dogs, Some Rotini or rigatoni, and a light butter/garlic sauce to bind it. I know it's not really a nutritionally complete

It's Friday.
