What's the brand/model of this bag? Looks cool!

Sorry if this is stating the obvious a bit, but why would anyone want the looks of the Abarth WITHOUT the power?!

My best friend is the antithesis of a car guy. His idea of the perfect car is (absolutely no joke) a beige Honda Accord.

True, but my beef isn't with what these engines can do—far from it. The Focus ST's EcoBoost is a marvelous thing, torquey and boisterous and sonorous. I just take issue with the branding, or perhaps more specifically, the invented cachet that people associate with that branding on hybrids these days. I hate the

Prius. Or really anything with a stupid hybrid-eco-leaf badge on the back—it's just an exercise in aimless pomposity. Have these people not seen the MPG you can get out of a Golf TDI, or better yet, a SKYACTIV-G-THRUST Mazda3? Who looks at those truly excellent cars and says, "Hmmm...no, I'll have the Toyota shaped

I wish the back of it didn't look so much like a Crosstour. I actually also like the way this looks, but I'd never be caught dead in one. And it's a damn shame that they're calling the 6-speed manual "S2000-esque." No respect for the dead.

They're called "Truck Nuts." It's like...you know how your average American stereotype is a guy in a pickup or a Hummer who's compensating in a big way for a tiny wedding vegetable? This is that, in a very literal way. Their truck is no longer a purely metaphorical method of compensation; it has ascended into the

I gotcha :)

Have to disagree. Love the front (how can you not?) but the back of this car just looks like the designers ran out of ideas. The Mazda6 has much more consistent styling, and I think it's a better car overall. (6-speed manual, anybody?)

Yes, the ride really is that bad. I just sold my '11 MS3 for this very reason. It's fine if you live in a world of backroads, but if you ever want to drive in a town, with real roads that sometimes have potholes? Maybe with a passenger? The ride and the clutch and the NVH make it simply unacceptable.

12 PSI at the top end doesn't sound like a lot for a turbocharger on a performance car. Sounds MORE like how much pressure you'd get from a supercharger. I'm guessing this is from the forthcoming supercharged ZR1.

1.0 L? That's ENORMOUS. What about the Fiat 875cc TwinAir engine? (That was voted "Best New Engine of 2011", by the way: http://www.ukipme.com/engineoftheyear/winners_11/bestnew.html )
