I thought this game would just be "fun." No, it's addicting. As in, I should be asleep right now, but I'm learning how to make epic minecart systems to carry me wherever my little heart desires.

@Realaze: It's because more flesh is showing, so their bodies are more believable. When someone is wearing power armor, even if their body CAN fit inside, they'll look weird one way or another. Until, of course, we have REAL power armor. Then no one will be laughing.

This is only a good idea if they don't approach it by saying, "let's take MMO and apply Halo" but say, "let's take Halo and apply MMO." They could make this a war game or they could try more of a civilian side of things, either one would totally work and be rich with potential.

I'm confused, I thought it was supposed to be aliens this time? Maybe that's the twist.

Holy shit, an actual CRUCIFIX and not just crosses? I wonder if they'll make any kind of connection to Christianity in terms of story or "world mechanics."

I have hope... I think they know what they're doing, and it sounds like we may get some all too titillating surprises in the game.

I can't deny the coolness of the trailer. Honestly. But, I am disappointed. I'm just going to wait till the game is in my hands then beaten, and then I'll pass judgment. Until then... I just don't know.

If there was a long trend of exorcism styled movies, I'm sure you could draw some connections, but we're talking about two movies over the course of years. Are you really pulling trends of "where evil comes from" based on two movies over the course of years???

I often fantasize about a "realistic" version of Power Rangers... Without the cheese.

I actually really enjoyed Paranormal Activity. Not because I went in there looking for a good movie, but because I've been watching Ghost Hunters for as long as it's been running. Yes, I'm entertained by it, and no I don't care what that makes me. (Hell, some of my Lit. Professors love reality TV, go figure.)
