Nah, because the floor sits so low, and the transmission is mounted up higher than the floor, off the side of the engine. This probably makes for straighter routing, weirdly enough.

What’s that about lifted wagons?

I can only hope one day to have my voice referred to as a craggy baritone. That’s the dream.

Damn. That sounds annoyingly familiar from companies I’ve worked for. Sounds like you have some first hand knowledge with that. It’ll be interesting to keep this in mind as things roll out.

That hasn’t been the case with Chevy or Toyota with their midsize pickups, so I don’t see why it would be too different for Ford.

I’d take that with a grain of salt. This is a guy who exalts early 90's Mopar as the pinnacle of automotive excellence.

Hey, if they’re helping keeping manuals alive, then they have my blessing.

Yep, it’s a stick, and as for properly sorted, well... not exactly. Battling some ABS issues after installing the lift kit.

I feel your pain, senior Graverobber. Just add a couple turbos, air suspension, and some extra masochism and you’ve got my project:

Well get on it, Russ! We're counting on you for science
