You on IG? Would love to follow this if you post your project on there

Fucking great. Thank you!

So what did you use for springs, struts/shocks? Also curious as to where you relocated the rear shock mount to. I recently picked up a MK4 myself.

That is fucking awesome. Please tell me you have a build thread or something on that, I need more info

“Ford has basically given shoppers like me a great big middle finger and said my business doesnt matter.”

Where's $kay? Did I miss something?

Yep, I’m more excited for the Supra.

Whiny assholes are nothing new, buddy.

No you wouldn’t.

You’re not stating any facts at all. What do you even mean by the front wheels spinning at the same speed? What do you think happens with a 2WD car? They spin slower somehow?

You better go tell Audi all their cars are dangerous on the road. I had no idea I was so close to death in my Allroad or my old XJ w/ AWD.

Full time 4wd is terrible and not even safe at highway speeds.”

Underrated comment right here.

Yep, my Z is on its original clutch nearing 160k

I’m just commenting for the Z32 in your avatar.

Apologies, I don’t have time to properly rebut your post here, but I just wanted to mention that I didn’t just make up those inflation numbers, Those are from the Bureau of Labor Statistics here: https://www.bls.gov/data/inflation_calculator.htm

You’re forgetting inflation exists, buddy.

You seem to have a supremely distorted view of how business and manufacting work. In order for Ford to turn a profit on the GT, they would have to sell it for quite a bit more than they are now. Just like how Lexus lost money on every single LFA sold, Ford has a different strategy for how the GT will make them their

I think you might be misunderstanding the strategy here. The new Ford GT was never, ever supposed to make them a profit. It was a marketing effort through way of awesome engineering and winning LeMans again, which they successfully accomplished. As for it being “only” 250 cars... That’s the planned production per

What do you mean? They correctly knew that they would have far more potential buyers than they will ever produce. It’s not like they’re having a hard time selling them, they are having manufacturing issues.

The Tundra only sold 70,000 in the same amount of time that Ford sold 450,000. You think that’s 380,000+ fleet sales, and less than 70,000 on the consumer market??
