I think 200-220hp with similar torque figures would be the sweet spot. Anything more than that is a bonus, but not really the point of this thing.

I disagree. These absolutely fly off the lots despite having inadequate power. Give them a decent power option (doesn’t need to be even 250hp, anything over 200hp would be gold), these would do even better than they do now.

You’re right, it could have been some ridiculous EDM or dubstep or something.

I got less than three seconds into the first video and closed the window as quickly as I could. God damn the music people put on these videos...

He wasn’t driving, by the sounds of the article, despite the headline.

On the plus side, no one will ever accuse these guys of false advertising.

How can we call everything from a HR-V to a Suburban the same thing?

This.

Same here. Hell, just give us 200hp/tq and I’d be at the dealership tomorrow to sign the paperwork.

Interesting. The mirror in my Audi seems almost telepathic, and dims perfectly once things start getting bright in my rear view — and that’s on a 15 year old car.

I always liked it, I was part of the slim minority.

I actually agree with that.

Interesting!

Jesus, I mean the thing just looks huge! It might be the same size as the previous gen (which definitely wasn’t small, but on par for the segment), but it looks like a freaking whale. Not really a fan of that front end either. The previous model was a surprisingly handsome car, but this just looks... off.

My AWD Audi Allroad with 160k miles launches smooth and like a monster on pretty much all factory suspension components and bushings. The only things replaced over stock are the front CVs (because the boots were starting to crack) and the front air springs.

Not always. Audi actually has the gall to name their brake vectoring system “Electronic Differential Lock” or EDS. Really it just brakes the wheel with the least traction to send power to the other side.

Oh nice man, sorry it was hard to tell from the pictures. Good job on the build so far, good luck on the sale!

I see the pivot points for the front, but no shocks/springs
