Oh man, you should have been there. We had to stand in the hot desert sun listening to the band play that song over and over again as they did multiple takes. When we finally got to watch the episode, my GF was like “No, no no! Not this song again!”

I’ll rephrase that, I won’t argue. :)
Hahaha, OK then. I won’t even argue further.
What they could do to them? Like, crash into them or something?
(Pssst... what’s the joke?)
Hahahaha that’s great
Even 6-digit+ $ race trucks break all the time in the Baja 1000. For only breaking a leaf spring and a drive shaft, I’d say they did pretty damn well.
You be Frank, but can I still be Garrett?
Many were from private owners, like the very rare cars (like the Vector), and the trophy trucks and off road rigs. Others were provided by OEMs and aftermarket tuners. Not sure if any were rented.
That is awesome.
There were definitely quite a few people there, over 1,000 for sure, but it was such a wide open space, that I can see how it would look pretty small from a helicopter.
I was going to point that out. Surprisingly lazily done, actually. I was there, and there were not that many people there at all — especially not standing underneath the flaming caravan like shown in the lead image.
Nope, they just invited some burning man groups out for the shooting. This was a week or two after BM and located much further south.
Waiting to turn left. This is common behavior.
Apparently so. I wonder if he’s gotten better in the four years since my comment.
Nvm, misunderstood.
Oooooh, got it.
A-hah!
