Thank you! I came to post this as well!

I'd buy that.

Nah, there were at least four women. Leia, Aunt Beru, Mon Mothma and at the very least a Twi'lek dancer.

Is this dude supposed to look like a young William Shatner?

The serious hate that Goodkind has towards women had pretty much reached my limit. If I didn't quit over the chicken I soon would have over that.

I've heard that, but I'm not sure about how factual it is. All I know is when I read it all I could think was "Hey, I've read this paragraph before. I could have sworn it was 6 pages the first time..."

I just had to quit once I got to "the chicken that was not a chicken." Whatever book that was deep into the series that was.

I wouldn't say the writing is bad, being an archaeologist Erikson just writes like he's writing a paper for any social science publication.

Although not nearly as complete a rip off of LOTR as Dennis L. McKeirnan's Iron Tower.

But also the reason Garak is a badass motherfucker.

How can a man who cut off his mullet be anything but responsible? :P

Seems legit.

Atticus Murphy from Todd and the Book of Pure Evil. Secret cult member, and all around a-hole who just happens to be the high school counselor.

Sure he was the avatar of a god, but he wasn't as much a mentor as he was a Kender encouraging Alzheimer patient. Which might explain the Kender encouraging...

My fiance does all of these. I'm just as bad, I just wait until after the movie to bitch about how stupid/unbelievable/horribly written or acted things are. Which is almost always worse for everyone around.

The greatest thing ever if you like to snark about awful movies.

I think I might be remembering the connection on my 84 pc incorrectly. I could have sworn it used a connection similar, but larger than a ps/2 (DIN, maybe?). I could be confusing it with the mouse connection as well. I'll have to check that out over Christmas when I go visit the rents.

I've got a few that are similar, one from an 84 pc, and one from a old early 90's IBM Legend 2 (both of which still run). I just love the sound they make, so much more character than any of my newer keyboards. How did you connect it? Multiple adapters or some kind of cable/adapter splice?

I love the early 90's keyboard. It's a nice touch.
