I think I might be remembering the connection on my 84 pc incorrectly. I could have sworn it used a connection similar, but larger than a ps/2 (DIN, maybe?). I could be confusing it with the mouse connection as well. I'll have to check that out over Christmas when I go visit the rents.
I've got a few that are similar, one from an 84 pc, and one from a old early 90's IBM Legend 2 (both of which still run). I just love the sound they make, so much more character than any of my newer keyboards. How did you connect it? Multiple adapters or some kind of cable/adapter splice?

I guess it depends how long your house sits on the market for, when you think of added value. The quicker it goes the more likely you probably are to get your asking price, whereas if it sits there for a long time people tend to reduce the selling price to attract more attention to it.
