Yes, but Xbox One allocated 3 out of 8 GB of RAM to the OS (since it has 2 OS's, the console one, and the Kinect one, and an underlying Windows kernel that connects the two), while the PS4 uses 1 GB for the OS. So the PS4 has 2 extra GB for gaming. That qualifies the console as better.

Actually, it is far fetched. It's the whole reason there's real-time rendering and pre-rendering. It might play at 5FPS for what you see to render in real-time.
