Unless the countries involved are in the UE. That's where the 24% tax applies as far as I know. And it's been like that for the previous generation as well. Might have changed, hopefully. I'm only basing my comments on what I know. I really hope you're right, though. No sarcasm or anything.

It isn't. The developers are just required now to build support in case you want to play a PS4 game with the Vita, and they need to properly manage touch controls and UI, that's all. It's not something that affects you, really. No need to worry about it.

I'm just not into Nintendo games, otherwise Wii U would have been a very real choice for me. I like the console itself a lot. I'd like a PS Vita but I can't justify the prices and the shitty Sony memory cards. And again, not into Nintendo games even though I love the look and feel of the 3DS.
