Except they already said the money they get from blocking used games goes to Microsoft, any other third party developer gets squat, and in fact gives more money to Microsoft. And they don't have a reason to implement sales a la Steam. And you can't buy it and support draconian DRM on the HOPES that it might have a

Isn't Black Mask the one that put the bounty on Batman's head? That means there might be 2 more assassin's yet to be revealed. Might be wrong, but that's how I understood the trailer the one time I saw it.

Unless the countries involved are in the UE. That's where the 24% tax applies as far as I know. And it's been like that for the previous generation as well. Might have changed, hopefully. I'm only basing my comments on what I know. I really hope you're right, though. No sarcasm or anything.

It isn't. The developers are just required now to build support in case you want to play a PS4 game with the Vita, and they need to properly manage touch controls and UI, that's all. It's not something that affects you, really. No need to worry about it.

I'd be happy to help when you need to build one. Just lemme know. I've been building mine since 2003 when I switched to PC gaming.

I'm just not into Nintendo games, otherwise Wii U would have been a very real choice for me. I like the console itself a lot. I'd like a PS Vita but I can't justify the prices and the shitty Sony memory cards. And again, not into Nintendo games even though I love the look and feel of the 3DS.

Except not, as pretty much everything I see when I check US online stores is around that much cheaper than what I find here.

Prices have changed a fuck-ton since then. You can make a PC for 600 that will play Battlefield 4, even. BUT that cost goes strictly to the PC unit. Not counting monitor/keyboard & mouse/speakers. But you can plug your PC to the TV, use the already available M&K, and use the TV's speakers, or the home cinema system if

Indeed, I am in the same spot. The last console I owned was a Playstation. The first one. I am considering getting the PS3 right now after making sure it I don't miss out on any E3 price cuts, then the PS4 when the right time comes.

The support of used games alone will drive the PS4 for the win.

Doesn't matter, Sony just won the console war before it started. Offline play and supports used games. It was just announce 1 minute ago, haha.

I like how it likes, reminiscent of the PS2.

You could get the system tax-free until recently.

No, the 658 dollars price would be without tax included. The PS3 sold for 1000 dollars back when it launched, in my country, if you need an example.

No, the difference is still the same, because EU has a 24% tax on everything. Everything you can find in the US for 100 dollars for example, it's 24% more expensive here. So add that on top of the 658 dollars. And you can be sure those 499 prices have tax included. It's always been that way. Regardless, though, Europe

Whoever that bald shmuck next to Totilo is, he's so far up Microsoft's ass it's not even funny. Super-powered PC with a good price and everyone he talked to isn't bothered by the always-online and used games DRM of the Xbox One? Bullshiiiiiiiiieeeeet!

I know, I didn't even bother, 550 was already too much. I just threw a number out there, couldn't be arsed to check out the rates.

$499 in the US, but 499 Euros for Europeans? That's like $550... The nerve...
