No. They're similar, in that they're the original Tactics games, but that's kinda it.
All Tactics games share certain elements. That's what makes them Tactics games.

They demoed the voice channel switch by watching MTV. Oh the irony of switching to a channel that was made for music but no longer plays music on a system that was originally made for gaming but doesn't show games. Sad really.

Putting the "Mutant" in TMNT, that's for sure. It's a face only a genetically altered sewer rat could love and I meant that in the best way.
