well at the moment its entirely free and it doesnt seem they have plans to make it a for profit venture. however i suppose the fact they are raising money for it... i dunno. we shall see. hope they let blizzard control this aspect as blizzard has given it their blessings.

yes, but that would essentially be saying oh we had no reason to have it in the first place. they knew what they were getting into from day one. just because it is expensive doesn't mean they are going to change it. they did lower the prices recently. im just waiting for sandisk to make them so they have some market

looks pretty solid. a lot of sequels, same as ours. they have some quirky and interesting games.

interesting idea.

I'd rather be punched in the shoulder than slapped in the face. but i agree they need to cut prices even more. its the number one thing holding me back on the vita, with psn+ i get too many free games and i don't have room even with an 8GB card and a 16GB card and a 4GB card. grrrr.

hopefully it will come in better colors, i don't really like those pastel colors.

trust me you want the OLED screen and the first one looks like it is higher quality. only perk of this is 1 hour longer battery.

i hated the slim vita size and weight wize. it just felt like a cheap piece of junk and was too light. i want my system to feel substantial in my hand.

probably quite a few on the shelves still at the moment. and this is only announced in Japan so far. Also they might price cut the old one if you hold out a little. i love my original one. only good change is to add more battery life. i like the weight and size of my vita.

why would they make a new model and ditch proprietary memory, that makes no sense at all. all it would do is further piss off people who already own one and make the prices for that memory even more annoying. they will stick with the memory because it prevents homebrewing, which was the problem with the psp for them.

This game does look cool, and this article does make me want a ps4 on day 1, but i can't help but feeling like im not sure about the direction they are going with the series. regardless i enjoyed infamous and infamous 2 a lot!

as if i don't already have too many current gen games to play you just had to bring up a hundred old ones to play as well! sheesh. i already have multiple old game back logs as well. too many games too little time!

I cannot believe I read that whole post plus all the comments. dang you kotaku for stealing all my free time with wild speculation and madness!

that would be pretty cool. i have it for ps3, but am thinking about buying it for computer to try out some mods and such. i really love this game.

i think a big thing to help you care more about the characters is to reload anytime someone dies, once you stick with someone throughout the game they grow on you some and sort of feel like they have personalities in a way. atleast that is how it was for me.

i was in the same boat until i read some useful tips. for one in the beginning you will have a tough time until you kind of reach critical mass with levels and weapons. the key is to save often and never let any leveled up soldier die (as in reload if someone dies and try again). snipers suck early but are awesome

yep. this is what i was saying in my comment, the man has been through it all.

he's seen a lot in his day including being a prisoner of war and he has been on the campaign trail long enough to have thick skin. to him this is barely a blip on his radar.

considering he was a prisoner of war i think he has dealt with more than enough war in his time. I should chastise him for playing games during an important senate meeting, but in the end i feel he deserves it and going into syria will be a big mistake like most of the foreign affairs moves this administration has

it wasn't a bad system you just had to have good timing. It was hard on purpose and i think that much more rewarding because of it. There are just so many good things going in this game.
