Agreed. Though, what worked for me was watching "Food, Inc.". That changed my eating habits very quickly. I still occasionally give in to my fast food cravings, but in general I avoid it.

You're completely right. And I am in it for the long haul, but seeing this coming I should have cashed out and then re invested when it bottomed out. Live and learn I guess. I'm kinda new to this stock market investing also.
