I think that's a great idea. It really does take out the main costs associated with wine distribution.

@LCL: Only if they have sun everyday. It's quite common for cool climates to harvest at the end of the season due to slow maturity of the grapes.

You'd be surprised what technology can remove from wine. We have distillers to remove volatile acidity, TCA, alcohol, etc. If you want pictures let me know ;)

I personally have breakaway collars and microchips on my cats. They've had them since we adopted them and got used to them quickly.
