That's not a case in point. Even if they do sell of Xbox, it won't really affect much as long as whoever gets them has enough money to effectively market and support the console.

There are definitely a few boss fights that I can think of that I absolutely would not let a little kid watch: Duke's Dear Freja and the Rotten. A giant spider and a mass of rotting humans might be a bit too much.
I don't see anything wrong with this. It's obvious the player is fighting monsters. And there's really not much blood.
