I think as long as they keep a signed affidavit on file that any use of the football within the context of an endzone celebration is a literal act and not a figurative act, then it's okay. For example, I think you can hump the football in an endzone celebration as long as you're actual intent is to hump the football,

First off, your Kynesgrove anecdote is very funny and I hadn't realized that.

I think his main point was that it's a very easy game to get distracted and sidetracked away from the story. I have a friend who specifically dislikes Skyrim because he prefers more linear rpgs like Final Fantasy. Or to put it another way, he hates Skyrim for its freedom.
