Part of my point is that some people who buy Pros shouldn't be. They could just as easily use this Chromebook as they could the MBP that cost them $1500-$2200.

Yeah, I think this guy is a bit off because the brand has never been about Android. People referred to Droids then, now they talk about Galaxy phones and are vaguely aware of other Droid phones.

It actually seems like this would be a great laptop for a writer such as yourself. Easy to use, great screen and I would think that you don't have to use local apps to write and post an article.

The weird thing about it to me is that this computer is basically perfect for what most people use a MBP for: Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, and email.

Planetary Resources also described the power in terms of 1,000 Hiroshima Nuclear Bombs. It's just an easy way to describe the power to someone.

A public critique of how some Catholics are observing Lent, literally calling them out by tweet! HOW COOL OF YOU.

Return it.

Yep, that'll go to all Gawker sites at some point. Blog view is gone after the redesign, but it seems like the home page will be Latest Posts so that's the same thing.

For me, my viewing has consolidated down into free Hulu for current viewing of NBC stuff, Netflix for a back catalog of shows, and I buy a season pass for anything I want to watch not on hulu (CBS stuff basically).

Stainless steel over aluminum? I'm working under the assumption that they're both general use pans.

I was under the impression that cast iron was for specific uses (searing a steak, cornbread, etc.

I didn't realize "intensive purposes" was a common mistake. I figured SportWagonLover was the victim of autocorrect.
