Haha. Sounds like you have the market figured out. I really do appreciate the help. It's a little daunting trying to pick an area around the city. There are so many opinions and direction on it of course.

Awesome. Thanks so much. We've been looking at some of those areas already. I always forget to tell people schools don't matter. It just doesn't even come to mind for me anymore.
Schools don't really matter to us because we homeschool. Dunwoody is most likely where I'll have to work.
That's good to hear about the hours. So, what would be the pick for a cool neighborhood for a family with two kids?
Thanks. That area would be ideal for us I think.
That's exactly what I'm looking for. Right now I work 1-9pm. I'm hoping to keep that kind of shift if I go to Atlanta, but it can change to an earlier shift. I hate traffic too. That's one reason I work the second shift.
Are you going from inside the city out? What area do you work? We may have to relocate to Atlanta an we are looking for areas to live. Probably will have to work in dunwoody area.
I was just scrolling down to say that. It seems like the only place for enthusiasts in the future will be race tracks in out old cars. I can't wait.

My wife got me a drive in a 458 and it was amazing. The sound, the feel, and the sensation of driving it cannot be compared.
The check engine light is long lasting.....and persistent too. Fix what caused it to come on and it mysteriously comes back on again.
How do you roll an EF civic? I had a CRX for 10 years. Absolutely loved that car. Thought about getting a CRZ until I drove it.
Can't they just make this again?
Well, I test drove a '13 mustang GT with a six speed and it was all over. The power and torque for the price just ripped me away from anything else. After I test drove the mustang I went down the street and drove an FR-S. I had to try it out. It felt lifeless and under powered in comparison. When I took it on the…
As a recovering GTI owner I have to agree. There's basically two cars. They either end up all looking stances or all looking like hipster cars. The stick plaid seats just help the hipster cred. Now, I will say that the GTI is a a blast to drive with great daily utility. But after the first five years they are a pain…
