I agree that they missed a teachable moment , but I’m in my 60s, and I remember when I was 10 & initially saw the Pepe cartoons ,I thought it was a little creepy THEN .

Yes, it takes you until the movie is over that you realize that this King Arthur pulls the Sword out of the “Stone” made of his dead father’s body. It really hits you how dark this movie is .
