Bot mode is a great start, but in order for this game to be a return to old school shooters, it needs a lot of one thing and one fucking thing only:

I recently reinstalled this game for the hell of it to see how much I could twink the settings on my brand new gaming machine. This mod makes me happy.

Looks a little less boring than Borderlands, which still makes it look boring. To be fair that's just after watching this footage but it doesn't exactly bode well. Can't wait for Titanfall 2 to hit PS4.
